WARNING: Graphic Video – Obama’s ‘coalition partner’ Saudi Arabia beheads people in public spectacle

While America expresses outrage at beheadings by ISIS, it has no problem if such beheadings are carried out in public by its trusted ally, Saudi Arabia. Just today Saudi Arabia beheaded dozens of its citizens and political dissidents, including the prominent Shia democracy activist Nimr al-Nimr.

In fact, ‘beheading’ is a noble profession for the chosen few in Saudi Arabia and are conducted as a public spectacle after Friday congregations.

Here is an passerby’s amateur footage of earlier beheadings in quick succession as the crowd bellowed out ‘Allah O Akbar’

Watch at your own risk.

Big difference between chipping a head off from the back is near instant death versus sawing a head off from the throat with a small knife.

A swift punishment with no suffering, unlike what happens in the western modern countries like the usa where they have a botched execution and the person suffers for up to 2 hours . I don’t see the point of this being criticised when the critisizer is worse off. http://www.theweek.co.uk/us/58333/botched-execution-why-us-has-turned-untried-drugs

Problem with this is that in the U.S., if people were to be executed or placed on death row, they would have to be mass murderers, serial killers, or even drug lords. However, in Saudi Arabia the king is forced to allow the people with sharia law “the hai’a” to imprison, execute, cut hands, and slash the backs of people how have disobeyed sharia law. People are executed in such matter in front of onlookers to warn committing such actions, but these actions aren’t punishable by death. People could either steal, do drugs, party, cheat, express homosexuality, or even a women leaving the country without a man and can be punished in a brutal and disgusting manner. The sharia law needs to be pulled off of the country’s system.

Truth is Saudi is backwoods Islam society with oil blessings supporting and breeding savages like ISIL in our days with a West totally implicit and apathetic to all it’s happening…beheading people for petty crimes or for being gay , while str8 Arabs get paid to be ”gay” throughout the Arab world especially when it comes to seeding the infidel hot smooth white tourist a$$, or local Arab boy ass, they can’t get enough of let alone getting paid for it…and then chop the fag$ heads off

        • January 2, 2016 at 11:49 PM

It is barbarian to execute anyone in this manner, being a Muslim I completely disapprove of it. There are 1.6 billion Muslims in the world, nobody engages in such depravity as the Saudi barbarians do.I see drunken Saudis in US whoring with prostitutes and raping children, and because they call themselves “Musilims” they think they can do anything they want.

Whatever religion you are, or are not as in my case, this is a savage act and if this is “Gods” work (which it’s not) then I’ll take my chances with “The Devil”. The question I’d like to know the answer to is this: If the West is so bad and so wrong and all the rest of it then why are millions of people from Islamic countries looking to come here? We’re not looking to live there, apart from a small number that go to work in these countries for a few years. You don’t have to answer that question, I already know why.

I say the above as someone who has visited a strict Islamic state – it’s not an experience I’d want to repeat.

What’s more barbaric? A clean, sudden death or a prolonged execution from drugs or an electric chair that is usually caused by lack of knowledge and carelessness? Or how about the execution of someone who doesn’t have the mental capacity to understand what’s happening to them? Those things are far too common in the U.S. A swift beheading by a sword or guillotine is far less barbaric…you just don’t want to see it or are using your already formed prejudices as your reasoning…and I’m a non-Muslim, U.S. citizen.

In the US people are put to death for the crime of MURDER. You take someone’s life from them, you forfeit your own.

In Islam under Sharia, people are put to death for merely committing adultery. For being gay. For leaving Islam. That’s what makes it barbaric, you fool.

I think these are no different from the taliban cutting throats of people. Its inhumane and against basic human rights. This type of capital punishment is unacceptable anyway and making it a public show makes it more ruthless. The Sauds just do this to instil fear among people. Countries like these give bad name to all Muslims in the world.

I know the point you are making with the juxtaposition of the two. I don’t have issues with capital punishment. The fanfare of beheadings for ISIS is political fanfare, where everyone not them gets to be executed. The Saudi Kingdom executes for some crimes that we in the west would consider an extreme punishment, an abomination to our modern notions of justice. Yet for some criminals and crimes, justice is barely spoken and the result is agreeable to the legal system, not justice. I do note that the executioner in the video was not cruel, he was very proficient. ISIS remains a dangerous militant force, the Saudi Kingdom is certainly less dangerous & an ally, not necessarily a friend.

Has anybody ever realized that most of the 9/11 hijackers came from Saudi Arabia? Yet they are biggest ally in the middle east. Yet as an ally they oppose are most cherished rights of life. They have spent billions of dollars There is an old wise saying. “Show me your friends and I will show you your future.” It they are the friends of who is governing us, then who the hell is governing us?

  9. kongque
    January 26, 2015 at 6:51 PM

Obviously the difference in condemnation of barbaric behaviour is who your allies are. Massive protests against capital punishment by hanging or lethal injection pale into insignificance alongside this medieval type of slaughter. But what can we expect from sub human regimes. People who still refuse to enter the 21st Century should never be allowed to rule over populations. Humanity evolves in some ways but regresses in others.

      January 3, 2016 at 12:18 AM

To all those ruthless, inhumane people out there be they Christian or Muslim (seems to be the only religions who salivate at executing people – especially their own citizens, family and neighbours) may I remind you:

      MUSLIMS:
In the Islamic tradition, as compiled in the tome [Jami’] of at-Tirmidhi, Muhammad is quoted as saying, “Avoid legal punishments as far as possible, and if there are any doubts in the case then use them, for it is better for a judge to err towards leniency than towards punishment”. Another similar expression reads, “Invoke doubtfulness in evidence during prosecution to avoid legal punishments”.

      CHRISTIANS:
“The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group 4 and said to Jesus, “Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. 5 In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?” 6 They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him.

But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. 7 When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” 8 Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground.

9 At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. 10 Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman,, where are they? Has no one condemned you?”

11 “No one, sir,” she said.

“Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”

      New International Version (NIV)

Who is following Muhammed and who is following Christ?

Certainly not the fundamentalist bloody thirsty killers. In future, please leave God / Allah out of your justifications and admit you are cold blooded killers at heart

Has any member of the House of Saud ever been executed in this way? Sharia or charade? Justice or legalised killing to rule through fear? Justice is only possible when peoIples rights are assured. Without rights it is an unjust system presided over by despots. It is irrelevant whether it is sharia or the illegitimate child of Feudalism.

Since the beginning of time; the World is always changing. Some things for the better and some worse. Civilized peoples should address the human rights for all citizens. Study History. If you know the past you should want better for the future. Before the Am. Revolution, In the Colony of No. Carolina a slave on a plantation was found guilty by a jury of murdering his master in a corn field and he was tied to a stake (post)it was set on fire and the slave was burned alive. America has come a long way.

Does the great age of a set of laws (and proscribed punishments) mean that they should be venerated?

Or maybe that they are outdated?

Sharia, first properly developed in the 7th century, by primitive men (it’s always men, never women) who believed that the Earth was flat.

Tribal, people who were constantly at war. You could say that they lived barbarous times. And many forms of Islam are still violently opposed to the other philosophies under the same religion, even today.

Sharia’s punishments are barbaric by modern western standards. You can exclude the capital punishment US states from that statement. Most western cultures have embraced secular law systems that have evolved with modern times. Unlike societies who choose to be governed by systems of law that remain routed in religious dogma (like Sharia and the various Hebrew and Christian laws), changing very little over the centuries. Mired in the simplistic and barbarous past.

Separating religion and state is progress in my humble opinion. Just my opinion of course. But it’s an opinion I was free to develop myself. Independent of the teachings of people from a primative war-like culture from 1400 years ago.

But I’ll not convince people who’s laws forbid them (on pain of death) even to consider sources of information that do not originate from those original teachings.

You can’t help oppressed people, if they don’t recognise that they are oppressed.

I agree with some and half agree the the rest of the comments posted so far. As a non-Muslim and South African, I’m of the opinion that this kind of justice may well serve as a solution to what we are experiencing at this time. To name a few: crime against women and children, the ever increasing number of farm murders (normally old people), gang killing (where little children die in cross-fires)…in cases like these, if it ever goes to court or the perpetrators apprehended, the punishment is, at most times laughable. So, in my opinion all all arguments aside, the punishment ought to fit the crime…an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth…maybe, just maybe, if our societies are driven by real justice, this world will be a better place to live. Let us, therefore, not be so quick to judge…!

The disturbing aspect of these executions is that they occur in public. This will hardly place Saudi Arabia as a lead tourist mecca. Also, I doubt that few people, especially women, receive a fair trial in the Sharia court. A woman can be executed for protecting herself from a rapist or abusive husband and receives less consideration than a common dog.

It’s funny how all these religions don’t believe in evolution yet these religions evolved over time into what they are today. Who really has the right to take another humans life…who in their right mind actually believe they do.we do not allow stem cell technology to be used to save people. ..because we’re supposedly playing god but isn’t taking a person’s life doing the same thing. I think the air down under is a bit clearer for us to see solutions to mid east problems. Muslims, christians supposedly worship the same god via 1600-2000 year old interpretations of his/her beliefs. It suit the time, culture and world as they knew it then. Humanity has moved on since then, filled in the knowledge gap that prophets seeked to plug back then. It seems hippocritical to apply medevial thinking to 21st century society while holding a cell phone in one hand and machine gun in the other. Come on guys, treat your women as equal human beings, there won’t be 20 virgins waiting for you and no stairway to heaven, don’t be afraid of the dark, stop blowing yourselves up and tolerate your neighbours differences.

An example of extreme barbarism by Saudi animals pleasing their devil king! No words can describe this filthy disgusting nation standing and disruputing Muslims around the world. This is a bloody Najdi tradition practiced by Saudis and Islam and Sharia has nothing to do with this it is their manipulation and a wahabi following that promotes extremisim and fear. Hell is the destiny for Sauds and his accomplices. The true sharia is the following of Muhammad PBUH and Mohammad has not killed a single soul in his lifetime not in war or in times of peace. The Saudi system is not only corrupt but also in just persecuting innocent and monorities. May Allah SBT forgive the departed and grant them eternal peace and accept them in Jannah.

to be honest if there is a swift justice its good for society. Killers need to treated with same penalty but I have a doubt if they have penalized any royal family member like this…secondly no comments of hate for Muslims or anyone else.

    OMFG Saudis are sick.

Even if they are murderers, we (sane, non-Arab ppl) do not get entertainment from one’s death unless we are mentally ill.

Animals killing animals. No different or worse than the discovery channel. Just be glad you don’t live there if you’re so against it. Also, if you are American thank your shitty government for supporting them. Allah hu akbar.

“Obama’s coalition partner.” What a load of crap.
More than 80 years the U.S. has been an “ally” of SA. And at no time has that backwards, crap hole wanted a President out of office as much as they want Obama out. You’re just spewing nonsense with that.
BTW…SA has the 4th highest number of executions in the world. The U.S.is 5th.

Of course, it’s rough to watch and the first reaction possibly is that it’s barbaric. But compared to electrocutions that take a couple of minutes to do the job or other so called “botched executions” in the West I cannot imagine a quicker way to end a life. It’s obviously done in the street as a deterrent. No point in doing it somewhere private right? (Though the people watching don’t go because they’re considering committing a heinous crime and to have their mind made up as to whether it’s a good idea; they go for the gruesome spectacle) Those people are somewhere else 😉 But there are things we don’t know here. Like whether there was due legal process, that concerns me. Commit a serious enough crime in the US and your punishment might be death. Same in Saudi Arabia. The death penalty is just that. The methods vary but the result is the same. And we know what those crimes are. But the death penalty wherever and however never deterred some people from committing those crimes.

Let’s be clear. The issue is not about Muslims. There are good Muslims and bad Muslims. The good Muslims live their lives as decent has man beings.

    The bad follow Islam.
